02/04/19 At 0414 hrs box 32-2 was struck for a working structure fire. Engine 40 responded with a crew of 3. Engine arrived on the scene and sent it’s crew to manpower. Crew staged on scene till released by command 32. Time out was 22 mins.

Box 40-1 WSF

01-30-19 At 1808 hrs box 40-1 was struck for a report chimney fire. Capt. 32 arrived on the scene and took command and updated with heavy smoke from the chimney. Engine responded with a crew of 4 and the rescue with a crew of 3. Engine 40 arrived and picked up it’s water source and laid into the structure leaving room for the truck. Engine crew made entry into the home and hand a heavy smoke condition upon entry. Crew made it’s way to the basement and found a fire in the ceiling. Mutual aid companies assisted with salvage and overhaul and ventilation. Control was marked in 32 mins. Time out was 2 hrs 4 mins. Photo credit to Dustin Weese.

Box 49-6 WSF

01/26/19 At 1859 hrs box 49-6 was struck for a structure fire. Engine 40 responded with a crew of 6. Engine arrived and took up the 2nd due engine assignment and sent it’s crew to manpower. Crew was assigned to search on the 2nd floor. After the search crews cleared all apartments, they were assigned to ventilation. Time out was 1 hr 10 mins.

Box 49-2 WSF at Marriot Hotel

01/08/19 At 1306 hrs box 49-2 was struck for a reported structure fire at the Marriot Hotel. Updated information was county was a fire in the laundry room. Engine 40 responded with a crew of 4. Engine arrived and took up the 3rd due engine assignment and sent it’s crew forward. Crew was tasked with ventilation on the main floor and metering the 1st floor. Time out was 1 hr 9 mins.

Box 40-2 OIC Call to Carbon Monoxide Call

01/05/19 At 2150 hrs Dauphin County 911 dispatched for an OIC call to have a chief respond to M&T Bank for an odor investigation. Chief 40 arrived on the scene and meet up with maintenance staff and was advised of possible CO in the building. They has a staff member go to the hospital due to feeling ill. Chief 40 had the Engine and Rescue dispatched. Crews arrived and metered the 2nd floor in the area where the worker was working and found no readings. Crews then metered the rest of the building finding no CO readings. Time out was 1 hr 16 mins.

Box 33-1 RIT Assignment

12/20/2018 At 1503 hrs box 33-1 was dispatched for a structure fire. The box was quickly upgraded to a working fire by chief 33. The rescue was dispatched as the RIT assignment. Rescue responded with a crew of 5. Crew arrived on the scene and stage on side A as RIT. After command marked control, crew put to work and assisted with salvage and overhaul of the fire building. Time out was 1 hr 12 mins.

Transfer Assignment to Cumberland County Hampden Twp
